BABOK® Foundation

Align your business analysis skills, processes and activities with the internationally relevant IIBA® and the BABOK®

Course Overview

The rapid emergence of the Business Analysis profession as well as the lack of structure and focus in BA activities has led to role confusion for many individuals and companies.
The  IIBA® has emerged as the leading organisation for defining the BA Body of Knowledge (BABOK®) and standards for professional Business Analysis. The BABOK® defines commonly accepted practice and can be used by organisations and BA’s to evaluate competency, assess training  and development needs and plan for career development. The CBAP® & CCBA® certifications are also fast becoming the de facto standards for professional BA’s internationally.

As the IIBA® is relatively new in South Africa, this course aims to familiarise forward thinking organisations and individuals with the world of internationally recognised professional BA standards and what these mean for this strategic and crucial role in their organisation.
