Career Pathway for Software Testers

Published: 2015-03-10

Are you ready to take your software testing career to the next level?

Presented by: Celia M Gaylard

Software testers need to determine how they would like to progress in their careers. It is important to understand what skills, competencies and experiences are required in order to advance in the fast-growing, globally recognised profession of software testing. With the correct skill-set and quality frame-of-mind,  testers can work in any software testing environment, globally.

This seminar will look at pathways to enable testers to improve their skills and progress in their careers from entry-level tester, primarily performing test execution through to test managers who are responsible for leading teams and strategizing and aligning test projects and test resources.
