Organisation Maturity AssessmentPublished: 2010-03-24
In assessing the maturity of the organisation, the various dimensions and components of the CoP framework are selected, and the organisations level of implementation of these is calculated. The organisation can be at one of 6 levels.
The organisations score in each dimension of the Cop Maturity model can be shown as follows, which identifies areas where interventions may be indicated.
Performance management By assessing organisational performance, you can ensure that you have the People, Processes and Infrastructure in place to efficiently deliver your services in time and on budget. Organisational practice; maturity is the measure of how experienced,competent and capable an organisation is in what it does. The benchmark is best practice, based on the underlying industry standards for each practice domain or profession (e.g PMBOK, BABOK, TOGAF, etc). Components of maturity measurement include
