This intensive short programme prepares you for the practical role of a Business Analyst and the journey to ECBA®, CCBA®, CBAP® and CBATL® certifications, administered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®).

Delegates will be guided by certified facilitators through the BABOK® Guide. You will understand Business Analysis as a profession, the roles and responsibilities of a Business Analyst, the IIBA® and the journey to certification, BABOK® as a resource and the tasks, tools and techniques of Business Analysis.
