The Certified Scrum Master Course is an entry-level course into the world of agile thinking and execution. You will gain a good understanding of Scrum and how it can apply to your team and organisation, and learn about the role of the Scrum Master, and the values, practices and principles that need to be mastered to become an effective servant leader.

You will receive 16 hours of highly interactive and immersive training, delivered by world-renowned Scrum Trainer, that will challenge and develop your knowledge in the principles, values, roles and rules of the Scrum Framework and the Agile manifesto. Upon completing the training, there will be an online exam which will credit you with an internationally recognised Certified ScrumMaster® certificate (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance.
