FTI Certification – IIBA® Endorsed Certification
AIMED AT: Senior Business and Systems Analysts and IT professionals who have the minimum of 7 500 hours’ Business Analysis experience (within the IIBA® specified minimum hours per knowledge area).
TARGET INDUSTRIES: Banking, finance, healthcare, insurance, ICT, IT, and government.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (PD) HOURS: 35
DURATION: 10 sessions (5 full days or 10 evenings, depending on the calendar and roll-out schedule).
DELIVERY: Virtual live, certified instructor-led learning, with a workshop-style approach for increased delegate interaction and skills transfer.
GROUP SIZE PRECONDITION: Delivered for minimum group sizes of ten on our public schedule or for organisation groups.
FOCUS: Intensive short programme for accelerated professional development.
DELEGATE INVOLVEMENT: It demands an elevated level of discipline and commitment to complete the programme. Full attendance and participation are required for all sessions and delegates must complete and pass a case study quiz to accumulate sufficient PD hours.
DELEGATE RESPONSIBILITY: Organise and submit an independent application for the CBAP® exam and pay the fee directly to the IIBA® for a single sitting of the exam.
FTI RECOMMENDATIONS: Take the exam within three months of training to gain maximum preparation value.
