1. Definitions
  • “Platform” refers to The Learning Development Group’s online learning systems and websites.
  • “User”, “You” or “Your” means any person accessing or using the platform.
  • “Group” refers to Faculty Training Institute, Siyanqoba Seminars, Siyaya Skills Institute, and ProServ South Africa.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.


3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Use the platform only for lawful and educational purposes
  • Refrain from uploading, transmitting, or distributing any unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content

4. Intellectual Property

All learning content, videos, assessments, trademarks, and logos are the intellectual property of The Learning Development Group or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.


5. Course Participation and Completion

Access to courses is subject to the payment of applicable fees and adherence to course schedules. Certificates of completion are issued only where course requirements are met.

The Learning Development Group reserves the right to modify course content, instructors, or schedules at any time.


6.Payments and Refunds

Fees must be paid in full prior to course commencement unless otherwise agreed. Refund policies will be made available on the platform or during registration. Failure to comply may result in suspension or denial of access.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Learning Development Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or any errors or omissions in the content.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
