AIMED AT: Business and Systems Analysts, software testers, developers, and IT professionals. It is suitable for any individual or manager whose core responsibilities involve high order thinking and solving business and product problems innovatively.
TARGET INDUSTRIES: Information Technology (IT), software development, ICT, banking, finance, healthcare, insurance, and government.
DURATION: 4 sessions (2 full days or 4 evenings, depending on the calendar and roll-out schedule).
